The course was developed to give tools and knowledge to candidates preparing for leadership advancement and specialty positions.

 

The seminar covers: how to prepare for the promotional test and how to prepare for the position.   The instructors have over 120 years of combined leadership experience that they use to help attendees prepare.

This seminar is specially sworn or commissioned staff.  The seminar will help them identify the direct, vicarious, and secondary trauma they experience.

Creating a Civil and Bully-Free Workplace training is a comprehensive training seminar designed to foster understanding, meaning, and clarity, as well as the legal ramifications regarding the topics of workplace incivility, bullying, and violence.

 

Workshop participants will learn about the causes of and damaging effects of negative workplace behaviors and actions.
